In India, Jio has launched JioTV Premium, a new subscription service that offers up to 14 distinct OTT apps under one plan. Additionally, the telecom provider has introduced three new prepaid plans that include JioTV Premium subscriptions. With unlimited data, phone, and SMS services, the new monthly, quarterly, and annual plans, which start at Rs. 398, are available. With these prepaid recharge choices, JioTV app users may access Disney+ Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, Sony Liv, Zee5, and more in addition to calls and SMS. Customers will be able to select new plans as of right now (December 15). All plans include 100 SMS messages and 2GB of bandwidth each day.
The validity periods for Jio’s new Rs. 398, Rs. 1,198, and Rs. 4,498 plans are 28, 84, and 365 days, respectively. With a single subscription, they come with unlimited data, phone, SMS, and access to 14 OTT platforms. With a JioTV Premium subscription, users may access OTT apps such as JioCinema Premium, Disney+ Hotstar, Sony Liv, Zee5, Amazon Prime Video (Mobile Edition), Lionsgate Play, Discovery+, Docubay, SunNXT, Hoichoi, Planet Marathi, Chaupal, EpicOn, and Kanccha Lannka.
There are 12 OTT apps available with the Rs. 398 plan, and 14 OTT apps with the Rs. 1,198 and Rs. 4,498 plans. For the one-year recharge package, Jio has developed an EMI payment option. All three of the prepaid plans provide 2GB of daily bandwidth, 100 SMS messages per day, and unlimited voice conversations. Only Jio SIM users are able to access JioTV Premium. Additionally, a Rs. 148 data add-on coupon is available, which comes with 10GB of data and a 28-day subscription to JioTV Premium (12 OTTs).
Purchases of JioTV Premium plans will be possible beginning on December 16. Users can access the premium OTT content by logging into the JioTV app with their Jio mobile number after recharging any JioTV Premium Plan.
To access premium product, users can use a voucher for the JioCinema Premium subscription in their MyJio coupon section. Using the MyJio App, you can activate your subscription to Amazon Prime Video (mobile version). By using the same JioTV Premium registered phone number to connect in to the app, users can directly activate the Disney+Hotstar.
