Mahesh Babu revealed that smoking beedi in Guntur Kaaram causes migraines: ‘I won’t encourage it’

Mahesh Babu, the actor, recently talked about the smoking moments he had in his most recent movie, Guntur Kaaram. Mahesh Babu disclosed to Haarika and Hassine Creations, the film’s supporters, that he first experienced migraines after smoking beedi for the movie. He added that he is not encouraging smoking and disclosed that he later replaced them with “ayurvedic beedi.”

On the smoking scenes in Guntur Kaaram, Mahesh Babu said:

“I don’t smoke and I won’t encourage smoking,” declared Mahesh Babu. It was a clove leaf beedi, used in Ayurvedic medicine. When they first offered me a real beedi, I experienced a migraine. Trivikram [Srinivas] was considering his options when I went to tell him. After that, he did some research and brought me this ayurvedic beedi. It tasted like mint and was made of clove leaves. It contained no tobacco.

Mahesh Babu and his Guntur Kaaram team held a success party at their house on Makar Sankranthi. Co-stars, close friends, and relatives of the actors were there, including Mahesh Babu, Namrata Shirodkar, Sitara, Sreeleela, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Dil Raju, and Vamsi.
