Babbar expressed confidence in achieving the ambitious target of exceeding 100 million devices in the lineup this year, further solidifying Samsung’s foothold in the Indian smartphone industry. He also highlighted that Samsung was the undisputed leader in the ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 and ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 price brackets in 2023, categories in which the newly launched Galaxy A56 5G and Galaxy A36 5G smartphones are positioned. With this continued success, the company expects to maintain its dominance in these segments.
The premium Galaxy A56 5G has been introduced in three variants, with net effective pricing ranging from ₹41,999 to ₹44,999. The highest-end configuration offers a robust 12GB system memory and 256GB internal storage, ensuring seamless multitasking and ample space for users. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A36 5G also comes in three models, with prices varying between ₹32,999 and ₹35,999, making it an attractive option for those looking for a high-performance smartphone at a relatively accessible price point.
