As a result, cities like Delhi and Dharamsala are not expected to host any further matches, with all related equipment already cleared from those locations.
There are also rumors that the IPL 2025 final, which was initially planned for June 1 in Kolkata, may be moved because of possible weather-related delays. While the venues for Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator—both set to take place in Hyderabad—are expected to remain unchanged, the final could be relocated to Ahmedabad if rain threatens the Kolkata fixture. Organisers are closely monitoring the situation to ensure minimal disruption.
