Zedd has announced that a new album, his first in almost ten years, will be released in 2024.
The album is a dazzling album from 2015 that gave fans a series of generation-spanning dance anthems, including “Beautiful Now” and the Selena Gomez-assisted “I Want You to Know.” It follows True Colors.
Zedd spoke about the unreleased album in August 2022, comparing it to a “new chapter” in his art at the time. Now, almost two years later, he has revealed that the piece is officially in the works, painting a deeply thought-out piece with a nostalgic touch.
Zedd stated that although the album is still incomplete he “can finally promise that it’s gonna come out this year.”
In other Zedd news, the NCAA said today that the number-one DJ is ready to drop beats—and buckets—at the 2024 March Madness Music Festival. The free three-day event will take place in Phoenix’s Hance Park from April 5–7, ending on Monday, April 8, before the Division I Men’s National Championship game.
Zedd has not announced the title or release date of his upcoming album at the time of this article’s publication.
