Chelsea Green and Piper Niven defended their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship against Tegan Nox and Natalya on the most recent episode of Monday Night RAW.
After winning a brutal four-way tag match last week against Maxxine Dupri & Ivy Nile, Kayden Carter & Katana Chance, and Indi Hartwell & Candice LeRae, The Girl With The Shiniest Wizard and the former SmackDown Women’s Champion are now eligible to defend their title.
This week’s RAW featured highly sought-after titles up for grabs. Natalya and Chelsea Green got things going. The title was defeated by the WWE veteran using a discus clothesline. Green managed to elude Nattie’s approaches and tag in Piper Niven.
Natalya tagged Tegan Nox after Piper was sent into the post, and Tegan startled Niven by kicking her in the face. Chelsea attempted to superplex Natalya after the commercial break, but the latter defeated her with a powerbomb. Nox came in and used a clothesline to drop Green.
For a two count, Tegan performed a spinning seated senton off the top rope. Piper launched a senton onto Nox, and Chelsea hit her with the codebreaker.
Finally, Piper Niven delivered a running crossbody to Tegan Nox to win the bout for her side. The WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions are still her and Chelsea Green.
