What is Fight Night?
Based on real events, this podcast series finds its backdrop in Muhammad Ali’s comeback fight in the 1970s, which involved an armed robbery. This historic boxing match changed the lives of many and made Atlanta a mecca for black people.
It all starts with Ali and Kevin Hart’s Chicken Man. Chicken Man is still the head of a huge underworld heist ring, and Hudson, an old enemy of J.D. Chicken played by Don Cheadle, won’t let Chicken’s reputation be cleared that easily.
Who is in the cast of Fight Night?
In addition to those already mentioned, Samuel L. Jackson will play Frank Morten, Taraji P. Henson will play Vivian Thomas, and Terrence Howard will play Cadillac Richie. Guest stars include Chloe Bailey as Lena Mosley, Marsha Stephanie Blake as Delores Hudson, Lori Harvey as Lola Falana, and Sinqua Walls as McKinley Rogers.
